Galloway is the 55+ community located within the Five Knolls master-planned development in Santa Clarita. This gated community has about 140 Lennar homes built in 2017 and come in four floor plans (tracts) ranging from 1400 sq ft to 2450 sq ft. All homes are 2-3 bed and bath with attached 2 car garages. Galloway is off Golden Valley Road, across the street from Golden Valley park, and just around the corner from the SCV Senior Center.
