Hiring Holly to sell our house was the best decision we could have made. She is an absolute expert in the Santa Clarita market. She has a wonderful personality, and every one of her suggestions will enhance the appearance and desirability of your home.  My wife and I joke that “Holly has a guy” for everything.  Because of her connections, we were able to afford all kinds of finishing touches (fixing a fountain, painting, staging, etc.) that took our beautiful home to a whole other level.  Holly is such a pleasure to work with. We are so pleased with the sale price and the ease of the transaction.  We never felt pressured to take an offer we didn’t want, and ultimately sold to one of Holly’s clients.  She handled the dual representation with the utmost professionalism.
