The Concord Townhomes in Santa Clarita’s River Village feature many homes ranging from just over 1,300 Sq Ft. to 1,600 Sq Ft. Each townhome in the community has two-levels and contains either 2 or 3 bedrooms. Three Bedroom Model

About the Neighborhood
The Concord Condos are located just off Newhall Ranch Road and minutes from Santa Clarita’s Central Park. This would be considered Saugus. Townhomes in this part of River Village come with access to the community pool, hot tub, and club house that can be rented out for private events
