Although it’s expanded since its first location opened in 1993, La Cocina still looks and feels every bit like a hole-in-the-wall spot.
From the small town vibes in the dining area to the outstanding servers, every moment at La Cocina feels like a special and intentional experience. My wife and I frequent the location on the corner of Copper Hill Drive and Seco Canyon Road. Seeing the staff’s faces light up when they see us and our two young boys is one of our favorite things! The chips and salsa are always fresh, the food is always fantastic, and the service is always prompt.
What to order at La Cocina
My go-to order at La Cocina is their sizzling hot fajitas with their Albondiga (Meatball) soup. The Albondiga Soup alone should be enough to crown La Cocina as the best Mexican food in the Santa Clarita Valley. Another go-to is their “Burrito de Beef” (Pictured).
