The schools nearby are Valencia Valley Elementary School, Meadows Elementary, Placerita Jr. High, and Hart High School. For grades K-6 roughly two thirds of the Granary Square neighborhood is zoned for Valencia Valley and the other third is zoned for Meadows.

This is the OG of the Valencia Paseos, Pools, and Parks. Built on all flat ground, the paseos wind throughout the neighborhood, connecting homes to schools, parks, pools, and the more extensive bike paths.

The area directly behind Granary Square is divided into 3 HOA areas. There are also Valencia areas closer to Orchard Village that don’t have an HOA but are still referred to as being “Behind Granary Square”. No Mello Roos!
